'Waves' A5 Poem Print

the waves will always come 
don’t let them just go past
accept them as they rise
and ride them while they last
because this too shall pass
and better times will come
the dark will always move
with the rising of the sun
the rocks outgrow the waves
the trees grow to the light
the tides will always change
the moon will always fight
the waves will always come
just know you never drift alone
each wave that tries to get you
will only take you home
